What Premier covers

Explore the major vehicle systems and specified components included in Premier coverage. Final coverage is governed by the customer contract.

01

Engine and drivetrain

+
Premier helps protect many of the major components that create power and deliver it to the wheels. Coverage can include listed parts within the engine, factory-installed turbocharger or supercharger, transmission, drive axle and transfer unit. Certain seals and gaskets connected to covered components may also be included. The customer contract provides the complete list of eligible components.
02

Climate, cooling and fuel systems

+
These systems help keep the cabin comfortable, maintain the proper engine temperature and deliver fuel where it is needed. Coverage can include selected air-conditioning components, climate controls, the radiator, cooling fans, sensors, pumps, fuel pumps, pressure regulators, injectors, fuel rails and throttle components. Individual components must be listed in the customer contract to be eligible.
03

Braking, steering and suspension

+
Premier includes selected components that help you stop, steer and maintain a controlled, comfortable ride. Coverage can include the master cylinder, brake booster, calipers, wheel cylinders, ABS components, steering gear, rack-and-pinion components, power-steering parts, control arms, ball joints, struts, shocks, springs, stabilizer components and wheel bearings. Coverage is based on the specific components listed in the customer contract.
04

Electrical and vehicle technology

+
Modern vehicles rely on electrical and electronic systems for everyday operation, comfort, safety and driver assistance. Coverage can include selected control modules, sensors, switches, motors, wiring and factory-installed cameras, parking systems, navigation, displays, security equipment, radar, telematics, infotainment and instrument-cluster components. Refer to the customer contract for the complete component list and coverage requirements.

This page provides a general summary and does not describe every exclusion, condition or limitation. Coverage is determined solely by the customer contract and Registration Page. Availability, eligibility, pricing, deductibles, limits and terms may vary by vehicle and state.
