Powertrain systems

Powertrain Plus helps protect the major components responsible for creating power and delivering it to the wheels. Coverage can include listed parts within the engine, factory-installed turbocharger or supercharger, transmission, drive axle and transfer unit. Certain seals and gaskets connected to covered components may also be included. The customer contract provides the complete list of eligible components.

Air conditioning and cooling

These systems help keep the cabin comfortable and prevent the engine from operating at an unsafe temperature. Coverage can include the air-conditioning compressor, condenser, evaporator, clutch, pulley, switches and hoses, along with the water pump, thermostat, cooling-fan motor, fan clutch and temperature sending unit.Individual components must be listed in the customer contract to be eligible.

Fuel system

The fuel system stores, controls and delivers the fuel needed to keep the engine running properly. Coverage can include the fuel pump, pressure regulator, fuel injectors, fuel rail, throttle body and other listed fuel-delivery components. Refer to the customer contract for the complete component list and coverage requirements.

Electrical system

Your vehicle depends on several electrical components to start the engine, maintain battery power and monitor engine performance. Coverage can include the alternator, starter motor, ignition coils, crankshaft-position sensor, camshaft-position sensor, mass-airflow sensor and manifold-absolute-pressure sensor. The customer contract identifies the specific electrical components eligible for coverage.

ConnexFlex is a vehicle service contract, not an insurance policy or warranty. Coverage, exclusions, limits, deductibles and cancellation rights are governed solely by the contract issued to the customer. Program availability, pricing and terms vary by state.
