ConnexFlex includes four levels of vehicle protection. Your vehicle’s mileage determines where coverage begins, and protection may adjust as the odometer increases.

Every level protects important vehicle systems. Lower-mileage vehicles begin with broader coverage, while higher-mileage levels focus on the major components that keep the vehicle moving.
*Exclusionary is the most comprehensive ConnexFlex level. It generally covers eligible vehicle components except items specifically identified as exclusions in the customer contract.

Your vehicle starts at the level matching its mileage. If the odometer enters another mileage range before a claim, the applicable coverage may change according to your contract.
Exclusionary
Exclusionary provides the broadest ConnexFlex protection for eligible lower-mileage vehicles. It generally covers eligible components except items specifically excluded by the customer contract.
Eligible vehicles with fewer than 75,000 miles.
Broad protection for eligible components, except items specifically excluded by the customer contract.
Premier
Premier covers listed components across major mechanical and supporting systems, including the engine, drivetrain, cooling, fuel, brakes, steering, suspension, electrical, and selected technology.
Eligible vehicles with 75,001 to 125,000 miles.
Major mechanical systems plus selected comfort, safety, and technology components.
Powertrain Plus
Powertrain Plus protects major powertrain components and adds selected systems used in everyday driving, including air conditioning, cooling, fuel, and electrical components.
Eligible vehicles with 125,001 to 150,000 miles.
Powertrain protection with selected supporting vehicle systems.
Powertrain
Powertrain focuses on the major systems responsible for producing and transferring power through your vehicle, including listed engine, transmission, drive axle, and transfer-unit components.
Eligible vehicles with more than 150,000 miles.
Core protection for the engine, transmission, and drivetrain.
