01
What is ConnexFlex?
ConnexFlex is a mileage-based vehicle service contract program designed for eligible new and pre-owned vehicles. Customers begin at the coverage level that matches their vehicle’s mileage at enrollment. As the odometer increases, coverage may gradually step down according to the terms of the contract.
02
What coverage levels can we offer?
ConnexFlex includes four coverage levels: Exclusionary, Premier, Powertrain Plus, and Powertrain. Each level covers a different range of vehicle components. The coverage available to a customer depends on the vehicle’s mileage, eligibility, and applicable contract requirements.
03
Can ConnexFlex be offered on new and pre-owned vehicles?
Coverage may be available for eligible new and pre-owned vehicles, allowing dealerships to offer protection across more of their inventory. Eligibility is determined by factors such as vehicle age, mileage, condition, and program guidelines. Available terms and coverage may also vary by state.
04
How are contracts processed?
Authorized dealers can quote, present, and process ConnexFlex contracts digitally through one connected platform. Customer and vehicle information stays organized throughout the process, helping the dealership reduce paperwork and complete contracts more efficiently.
05
What tools are available for dealers?
Dealers have access to digital quoting, contract processing, production reporting, contract status, team management, and available remittance information. These tools give dealerships a clearer view of their F&I activity while keeping important information together in one place.
06
What tools are available for agents?
Agents can monitor production throughout their dealer network, organize reporting hierarchies, and add sub-agents within the platform. They can also review dealer performance, identify production trends, and access available commission information from one dashboard.
07
Can agents enroll dealerships?
Yes. Authorized agents can introduce ConnexFlex to eligible automotive dealerships and help them complete the enrollment process. Participating dealers can then be organized within the agent’s network for production tracking, reporting, and ongoing support.
07
Are training and onboarding provided?
Dealers and agents receive assistance with account setup, program information, and available onboarding resources. The goal is to help each team understand the coverage, platform, and sales process before beginning to offer ConnexFlex to customers.
08
Can we track production and contract activity?
Yes. The ConnexFlex platform provides access to current contract activity and production reporting. Dealers can review their own business, while agents can monitor applicable activity across their network by dealership, user, or reporting period.
09
How are commissions tracked?
Agents can review qualifying dealer production and available commission information through their account. This provides a clearer view of activity throughout the network and helps agents understand where their business is growing. Commission terms are governed by the applicable agent agreement.
10
How are claims handled?
The claims team works directly with the repair facility to review the vehicle’s diagnosis and determine eligible coverage under the customer’s contract. All repairs must be authorized before work begins. Customers and repair facilities should follow the claims instructions provided in the agreement.
11
How quickly can a dealership begin offering ConnexFlex?
The timeline depends on completing enrollment, account setup, and any required onboarding. A ConnexFlex representative will help guide the dealership through the process and provide the information needed to begin quoting and processing contracts.
